Hassan Families,  

We care about you and want you to know that during this challenging time there are options out there to help! We composed a list of local resources and support. Since everyday news is changing and we are learning something new each day- please contact the agency directly to make sure that information is accurate and up to date. As we learn about new resources we will keep a link on our Hassan website to get you connected with the most current information that we have.

• School Supplies: Contact the school directly
• School Counselor: Holly Mason - holly.mason@isd728.org or (763) 274-7230. All concerns and needs are confidential - if you need support or help please do not hesitate to reach out to.
• Spectrum (Charter) Internet Services: Offering a program called “Student Remote Educational Services.” You can call 1-855-243-8892 to access this program. Free services are provided for 60 days- qualifying customers need to meet eligibility criteria. (Example: New customer, residing in an area that the company can service, one or more K-12 students within the household…).
• Xfinity Internet Services: Offering: Internet Essentials Free to New Customers: New customers will receive 60 days of complimentary Internet Essentials service, which is normally available to all qualified low-income households for $9.95/month. Additionally, for all new and existing Internet Essentials customers, the speed of the program's Internet service was increased to 25 Mbps downstream and 3 Mbps upstream.
• Xfinity WiFi Free For Everyone: Xfinity WiFi hotspots across the country will be available to anyone who needs them for free – including non-Xfinity Internet subscribers. For a map of Xfinity WiFi hotspots, visit www.xfinity.com/wifi. Once at a hotspot, consumers should select the "xfinitywifi" network name in the list of available hotspots, and then launch a browser.

• Food 
  • Everyday Meals: Bags of food will be available for all Hassan families. Please email Nicole Johnston - nicole.johnston@isd728.org if you would like your family to receive  a bag each week. 
• Employee Assistance Program: The state’s Employee Assistance Program provides free, confidential consultation on matters involved in your personal or professional life (Childcare, mental health, financial support) (651) 259-3840 or (800) 657-3719.
